Although I am not a welder by profession I have been in recruitment for the last 20 years with the last few years I was recruiting welders.

During that time I learn’t a lot about the market and some of the issues within it as a result and this is only the beginning it is my intention to try to make it easier for welders to get the best rates they can within a difficult and often dangerous industry.
